ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) is sandwich panel of LDPE core between the two aluminium skins.

Protective Film, PVDF Coating, Primer, Aluminium Skin / Coil, Adhesive Film, Core (LDPE/FR), Adhesive Fil, Aluminium Skin / Coil, Service Coat.

FR Core / Virgin core / one time recycled core, as per requirement of Client.

KYNAR 500 certified PVDF paint (10- 15 years Warranty), FEVE Lumiflon base paint (15 to 20 years warranty), SDPE paint 8 years warranty for exterior application & PE paint for Interior application.

PE - 18-20 microns (one coat) / SDPE - 25-28 microns (two coats) / PVDF -25-28 or 33-35 microns (two coat or three coats) / FEVE - 25-28 or 33-35 microns (two coat or three coats).

(Single Coat 18 – 20 microns), two coats it is 25 ± 2 (Primer – 5 to 7 microns & Top Coat 18 – 20 microns) and for three coats it is 33 ± 2 (Primer – 5 to 7 microns, Top Coat 18 – 20 microns & clear coat – 5 to 7 microns) microns and in back side there is a service coat 5-7 microns.

This includes standard colour two-coat systems, consisting of a Primer Coat and Top Colour Coat.

This includes Primer Coat, Top Color Coat and a Clear Top Coat by which paint strength, durability and life increased.

Core Material is LDPE which is generally procured from Reliance.

It is an international colour range; we can closely match the colours in RAL & PANTONE series for special requirement. In RAL series there are more than 1200 colours, at any time you go for colour matching, there is availability.

ACP is generally for cladding in the external facade on the buildings. It can also be used to improvise /renovate old buildings.
